How the research works
We publish generalized workflow models from accepted research. The method keeps public facts, planning hypotheses, business-specific unknowns, and owner decisions separate.
Observe public workflows
We review public business information within a bounded research assignment. Public availability is not treated as proof of a problem or permission for outreach.
Generalize the pattern
Identifying details are removed. The output describes a neutral workflow that can be reviewed without implying a particular business uses it.
Label the evidence
Facts describe accepted research. Inferences describe hypotheses. Unknowns name what requires owner data or a real test.
Preserve human authority
Safety boundaries, promises, escalation rules, consent, and system access remain owner decisions before implementation.
Review before publication
Each public snapshot is checked for factual drift, invented outcomes, identifying details, unsupported authority, and a clear educational boundary.
Revise transparently
Material updates receive a new revision date. Research and drafting are materially AI-assisted and reviewed against the stated evidence and identity boundaries.
